In addition to our ongoing safety measures, we organize an annual, full-day safety meeting where our entire team gathers to review the past year's safety performance. During this event, we discuss any incidents that occurred, identify potential improvements, and provide hands-on training on safe practices to ensure continuous enhancement of our safety standards.
