Greenbrier Parkway Bridges

Location: Huntsville / Limestone County

Synopsis:

The Greenbrier Parkway extension was completed through a joint venture with McInnis Construction, LLC. This extension project aimed to enhance the roadway network by providing an additional route to accommodate increasing traffic demands. By working together, we utilized our collective strengths to ensure the project was completed efficiently and to high standards.

Old Hwy 20 Bridge over NSRR

Project Owner: Reed Contracting Services, Inc.

Location: Huntsville / Madison County

Synopsis:

As a subcontractor under Reed Construction, we completed the bridge construction over the Norfolk Southern Railroad. Our role involved precise engineering and coordination to ensure the bridge met all safety and quality standards. The new bridge improves transportation efficiency and safety for both vehicular and rail traffic.

OLD MADISON PIKE BRIDGE

Project Owner: Alabama Department of Transportation

Location: Madison County, Alabama

Synopsis:

Miller & Miller Inc. recently completed construction of a 350 LF, 7-Span Reinforced Concrete Bridge structure over Indian Creek. Old Madison Pike is a main thoroughfare between the City of Huntsville and the City of Madison traveled by nearly 20,000 vehicles daily. Miller & Miller assisted in the coordination of numerous utility relocations in conflict with the proposed work to complete this project ahead of schedule.

HOLMES AVENUE BRIDGE

Location: Madison County, Alabama

Synopsis:

As a part of the City of Huntsville Flood Mitigation Plan Miller & Miller Inc. recently completed the Holmes Avenue Bridge Removal & Replacement project over Pinhook Creek. Miller & Miller was able to exceed ADEM requirements while working within the banks of Pinhook Creek to construct bridge foundations and creek improvements.

US-231 MAINLINE OVER SPARKMAN DRIVE & MAX LUTHER DRIVE

Project Owner: Alabama Department of Transportation

Location: Madison County, Alabama

Synopsis:

Miller & Miller Inc. completed 1055 LF of Reinforced Concrete Bridge Structures over two intersection and one creek system. During the construction of the overpasses Miller & Miller placed 5,500 cubic yards of concrete and installed approximately 5.5 miles of Driven Steel H-Piles.
